Got an email out of the blue inviting me to join the patient portal. I emailed back using the contact info given but got no response. Not sure if it's spam or legitimate. If anyone there wants to follow up, leave a contact email as a response.

Great Product, questionable customer service. We utilize this software and the software is great. The referal program needs attention. I referred Three additional customers to Collaborate MD and as of now it's officially been a year of emails with excuses why the program hasn't been paid. At the end of the day if you don't plan to follow through on something don't offer the incentive. I have made multiple phone calls and sent countless emails with no solution. I wonder how happy Collaborate MD would be if they didn't receive payments for over a year.

Worst company to do business with. Don't waste your time signing up with CollaborateMD. This company is a joke. Only the sales department picks up the phone. No one answers the phone, not even customers service. Once you sign up, you are on your own. It's ridiculous!
