Therapeutic Pathways, Inc. is a provider of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) and integrated speech-language therapy services for individuals with autism spectrum disorder, operating since 1996 from Modesto, California. The organization operates multiple Kendall Center clinics across Northern California locations including Modesto, Tracy, and Elk Grove, serving the region's autism community through evidence-based clinical services. The company offers services across multiple delivery modalities including clinic-based treatment at their Kendall Centers, home-based therapy, school-based consultation, community-based programming, and telehealth options. This multi-modal approach allows families to access services in settings that best support their individual needs and circumstances. Therapeutic Pathways serves individuals across the lifespan through age-specific programs. Early intervention services include the Sprouts program for ages 0-4 and Sprigs program for ages 4-6. School-age children are served through the Explorers program (ages 7-12) and Trailblazers program (ages 13-18). The organization also provides services for adults with autism spectrum disorder. Staff include Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) and Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) who deliver individualized treatment plans. Parent training is a core component of services, with caregivers receiving instruction on behavior management techniques, reinforcement strategies, and methods to support their child's progress in natural environments. Following a recent partnership with BlueSprig, Therapeutic Pathways has expanded access to additional clinical resources and support services.

My son has been going here for 4 months and he loves it so much! Everyone is so kind and supportive. Everyday I check on my son to see how he is doing and they let me know right away! So happy with how everything is going!
Modesto’s Kendall Center (aka Trumpet/BlueSprig) is a wonderful clinic. I know several members of the leadership team there and can speak directly to their commitment to quality services, compassionate care, and overall excellence. If you want your child to receive excellent ABA therapy from highly qualified professionals in a warm, fun environment- this is the place.
Two of my children go here & I cannot say enough good things. My oldest has been going for almost three years and the progress she has made is more than we could have ever hoped. We have done in home services as well as at the center and my kids LOVE going to the center. The friendly staff and fun environment makes their play based "school" a place that they look forward to go to. The centers communication with us is everything a parent could want with daily logs, frequent meetings, calls and emails to keep us informed about what's going on with our kids. I feel like we are very involved in creating goals and being included in our kids progress. I feel that we can reach out to our team for help and advice whenever we need. The staff at The Kendall Center truly cares for their kids and I am so thankful that we were placed with them years ago. 10/10 would recommend!
My almost 6 year old has been with Therapeutic Pathways since he was 3 years old. We've had the BEST experience with Kendall Center. The staff have been wonderful with him and truly treat him like their own. Everyone is so kind and helpful and my kid has come SO FAR since being with them. Whether it's in-home or facility based therapy, they are there for you and your kiddo. Highly suggest checking them out!
I do recommend exploring ABA therapy with Therapeutic pathways Kendall center. The behavior technicians, the clinical staff and even the front desk staff all work in the best interest of the clients and their families. I have first hand experience with how amazing so much of the staff is with their kids. The staff truly wants to see all of the children progress and succeed. Some parents will never be satisfied. They think they know everything in regards to applied behavior analysis therapy, their children and their behaviors. In reality, a lot of them don’t and when certain programming, therapy or specifics are provided to children, some parents can get upset. Which is fine but y’all aren’t the experts. Many behaviors of children are caused by parents within the home. And that’s something many parents refuse to believe. A lot of negative reviews on google are from parents just like this. Instead of being open minded and listening to the staff, they decide to leave a bad review and not provide their child any therapy due to their egos. My advice is to seek ABA therapy help, go to Kendall and listen to what they advise or provide for services. And if you are unsure of this based off previous accounts, you can still tour their center and see for yourself. Taking initiatives for your children is better than not doing it at all.
