Behavior Frontiers is a for-profit provider of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy services founded in 2004 by CEO Helen Mader to deliver high-quality, research-backed care for individuals with autism spectrum disorder and related developmental needs. The company operates 26 clinical centers and provides home-based services across 12 states including California, Colorado, Georgia, Massachusetts, Maryland, Michigan, Minnesota, Missouri, Pennsylvania, Texas, Virginia, and Washington. The organization serves individuals from infancy through adulthood (ages 0–25 and beyond) through multiple service delivery modalities: center-based clinic programs, in-home therapy, school-based support, community-integrated training, and telehealth sessions. All services are delivered by Board Certified Behavior Analysts and Registered Behavior Technicians who develop individualized treatment plans grounded in behavioral science and continuous data collection. Behavior Frontiers is recognized as a BHCOE-Accredited Practice, reflecting rigorous clinical standards, staff qualifications, and client satisfaction benchmarks. The company employs approximately 2,100 staff members and was acquired by NexPhase Capital in May 2025. Parent training and family involvement are core components of treatment, with therapists coaching caregivers to implement strategies in natural routines and community environments. The company emphasizes culturally and linguistically appropriate care and uses proprietary software (PrioraCare™) to track real-time progress data, enabling rapid program adjustments based on individual child performance and response patterns. Treatment focus areas include communication, social skills, functional independence, and behavioral skill development across the lifespan.

So glad I looked into this place. I was able to schedule a tour and see how everything works and rest assure that my child was in good hands. The behaviors my child had while in public school have decreased significantly while being with Behavior Frontiers. The staff is very knowledgable in handling the children and super patient when working with not only the child the parents as well.

Behaviors Frontiers also have a lot experienced therapist which makes the process easier and they have a great communication and professionalism. Thank you for all the support and helping making our daily life better by teaching our children how to cope with daily life challenges and changes.
Behavior Frontiers is just amazing! All the therapists are wonderful! Special shoutout to Reyna, Cindy, and Karina, who genuinely care about the children and go above and beyond to help them reach their full potential. They thoughtfully track each child’s progress and kindly keep parents updated along the way. Thanks to their dedication and care, our little one has been making incredible progress in so many different aspects. She absolutely loves coming to the clinic to work with her loving therapists! The entire staff and management team (Sue, M.J., and Alejandra) are super friendly, supportive, and truly dedicated to making a positive difference. We are so grateful for all that they do! Highly, highly recommended!
A truly caring and supportive ABA center ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Behavior Frontiers has truly been a blessing for our family. Mj at the front desk is always kind and welcoming every time we come in. Our former case manager Orlando was amazing with communication and care, and our new case manager Savannah has stepped right in and continues to go above and beyond to make sure our kids get the support they need. Our BTs, Shenelle and Torri, have built such strong, loving bonds with our twins. Their patience, creativity, and dedication have made a huge difference. All of the staff at the center are kind and supportive, and we’ve seen incredible progress since our kids started here in 2022. We’re so thankful for everything the team has done for our family.
My son has been in behavior frontiers for 6 months now and both him and I love this center so much ! I have seen so much progress and improvement in his behavior! He has learned so much other things as well. I love his BT’s and the staff at the center! They are all so nice and polite. I love how they give me a report everyday on what my child has accomplished and needs improvement on. He loves coming to his sessions everyday (:
