Autism Learning Partners (ALP) is a national provider of Applied Behavior Analysis therapy founded in 1988 and currently operating across 15 states. The organization employs more than 250 Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) and approximately 4,000 clinical and support staff nationwide, making it one of the larger ABA service networks in the United States. ALP delivers services across multiple modalities to meet diverse family needs: clinic-based services in structured autism centers, in-home therapy in natural family environments, school-based partnership models with educational staff, telehealth for remote and rural access, and community-based field services. This multi-modality approach allows families to choose settings that best support their child's learning and development. The organization serves children from birth through the teenage years, with specific emphasis on early intervention (ages 0–5) during critical developmental windows. ALP also offers complementary services including speech therapy, occupational therapy, and physical therapy in select regions. A core component of ALP's clinical model is active parent training and education, with the organization's clinical team trained to support the entire family unit in achieving therapy goals. ALP is backed by private equity firm FFL Partners and maintains a presence in states including California, Colorado, Florida, Georgia, North Carolina, Ohio, Virginia, and others. The organization has undergone strategic portfolio changes, including exits from certain lower-reimbursement markets, as part of its operational evolution.

My son has been with ALP for a little over a year, and he’s about to graduate in just one week. I couldn’t be happier with our BCBA, Jennifer Torres she has truly been the perfect match for our family. We came from another ABA company where we didn’t feel the same level of care, and the difference has been amazing. Jennifer has helped my son so much. We’ve seen real improvement, and she is always gentle, patient, and professional. I also want to mention Jaylen, the BCBA manager, who is always helpful and makes sure all my questions are answered. The only area I’d recommend for improvement is the back office customer service at times it felt a bit pushy and not very understanding. But overall, I highly recommend Jennifer to any family. She has been such a blessing in our journey!
