I had an amazing experience working with Charmey and Jessica Green. From start to finish, they were incredibly helpful and made the onboarding process smooth, fast, and stress-free. They move quickly, stay on top of everything, and are extremely responsive. Any time I had a question or needed support, they were right there. Their communication is outstanding , clear, professional, and genuinely supportive. You can truly tell they care — not just about getting people placed, but about their staff and the community as a whole. That level of dedication is rare and very appreciated. If anyone is looking for a job and wants to work with people who are reliable, efficient, and truly invested in helping you succeed, Charmey and Jessica are absolutely the go-to. Thank you both for your hard work and for everything you do, it does not go unnoticed !!

YAI: Seeing Beyond Disabilities is truly professional and absolutely wonderful. Their team shows genuine care, compassion, and expertise in everything they do. They go above and beyond to support individuals and families, and it’s clear that their mission is at the heart of every interaction. I’m grateful for the work they do and highly recommend them to anyone seeking dedicated, quality support services.
A few years back I attempted to use these services for my child. I received awesome service to set up appointments and was happy with communication at the start. There was a long wait for everything but that seemed understandable. To move on after my child's 1rst evaluation, I was seen by Simone Francis. She seemed frustrated and had an attitude that did not fit the job description. I was alarmed at once and even my child expressed to me about the arrogant character of this person. I decided to let the scheduler know of my concerns and asked that my child have a new counselor to handle her case. After this request we did not receive services. The ball was dropped completely. This was an unprofessional and petty move and I want to warn fellow parents . The ego of some will destroy them. The amazing thing is that God is watching and of course there are many professionals qualified to help and they did, just not at YAI. No wonder they have such a low rating...
