Extremely complicated to setup basic payroll deductions. They do not assist and need a specific template without explaining how it works. Most difficult payroll company I’ve dealt with in 10 years

It pains me to leave a negative review on a company, but this one is well warranted. Viventium software was built very well, and is quite robust. Beauty product! Unfortunately that is where it starts and ends. ZERO customer service at all. Completely non existent. Even worse, they are not transparent with their pricing. They will raise rates without proper notifications, and charge your account without proper notification. Stay away.

I am a business owner myself. I know how much I hate seeing such reviews. But I know even more how much time and aggravation Viventium has caused us at Blossom. They have a nice product. Their support is so so poor, it is hard to explain. They have a way of assisting you but never fully assisting you. They refuse to build any sort of client relation and you are left with rotating reps who take days in between responses and give you bare bones support. I know how challenging and time consuming it is to change payroll providers. I have been trying to ovoid it for months and months. But, congratulations, I am there now.

I use Viventium for payroll and recruiting (through Apploi)! The interface is really user friendly and has a modern, yet clean look. I haven't had an issue that couldn't be solved with a review of the library of articles or assistance from Tech Support. This is a great segue to say if you think you like the system you'll love Tech Support. They are knowledgeable, patient and always willing to go the extra mile to ensure your problem is solved. We love using the system and access to all the information/resources available to us through their ecosystem.

Viventium is an excellent payroll software—clear, intuitive, and easy to use. The platform is well-designed, making payroll processing simple and efficient. What truly sets Viventium apart is its outstanding customer service. Whenever we have a question, their support team is always fast, knowledgeable, and incredibly helpful. It’s great to have a payroll system that we can rely on with confidence. Highly recommend!
