The staff associated with the recreational activites are so amazing (Lia, Dailynn, Melissa, Mark). My son had an amazing scuba diving experience today, thanks to them and their coordinated efforts, and has many more fun activities planned! He has also gotten to socialize with other kiddos like him and make friends! Thank you all!

I had a horrible experience with this company, I would rather not to say any names at this moment. My son was qualified for respite hours and had an interview to put him on the system, unfortunately the person who interviewed us wasn't doing her job properly because she had him scheduled but we never received any respite for the 2 days we scheduled thru her. Then she called an apologized but still the problem wasn't solved, whenever i request service for him online (not calling her anymore), he was never approved. I'm not sure what is the glitch at this moment, but I wasn't happy with their untrained staff. With a big company like UCP i was hoping to receive satisfying service for my son who is in need.

Tried to get someone to pick up some nice donation,because we have a client that attends UCP. No response at all not good advertizing.

I absolutely love the staff and the administrators, they are very welcoming and respectful to anyone that walks in their doors! Christina and Lori are wonderful people!!!

A wonderful company to work with. Ample parking but be aware of the wild turkeys nearby.
