I would give a zero if I could. DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY!! I left my government job and lost my health insurance entrusting that my contract with this company was legitimate. The recruiter Adonis called me everyday stating he was doing everything to get me settled for the job. I interviewed and the school loved me. I constantly asked if everything was going well and asking that I would have health benefits because I am a diabetic and rely on insulin daily. He assured me it was. (See pictures). I resigned from my government position to go back into the classroom. The day before I was supposed to start, although Adonis had previously called me everyday he emailed me to tell me my contract was voided due to an issue with the school district. He stated that he advocated me to at least get paid for the remainder of September and they were waiting for the legal team to get it handled. Weeks went by and silence… I emailed and the only response was they are working on it. I asked to speak with HR. She contacted me and I explained that I now had no job or health insurance and my insulin was over $2000 alone. The HR representative asked me if I could try to apply for unemployment and try to get government assistance. WOW!! I later received an email stating that I would not be getting the payment for September and they could only reimburse me for my fingerprints. This situation isn’t over as I have taken legal action. But I wanted to warn anyone that trust this company with your employment and livelihood PLEASE DO NOT TRUST THEM. THEY DO NOT CARE ABOUT YOU, SUPPORTING YOUR FAMILY OR YOUR HEALTH!!

Sunbelt staffing sold my personal information after I filled out their questionnaire for employment, leading me to get hundreds of junk emails, and dozens of phone calls from other staffing agencies I’d never heard of. They never had a job for me in my area despite promising they did every time they reached out. Stay far, far away from them.

I've worked with Sunbelt Staffing for 2 years now and I truly have enjoyed my experience! My recruiter, Jessica Sadler, has been the best and I HIGHLY recommend her if you are wanting to work as an independent contractor in the healthcare/education settings. From the hiring process/finding me employment, to my day-to-day needs, Jessica has always been honest and fights for what I want/need in my contract. She always responds quickly, and is very professional and kind!

I love Sunbelt Staffing. The hiring and interview process was a breeze, and they find you work quickly. Lisa Allison was hands down the best representative to work with. She was kind and was always there to answer any questions that I had. I absolutely loved my position as a paraprofessional. Even when my hours availability changed, she found a way to accommodate my needs. I really appreciate her and everyone at Sunbelt Staffing. Everyone that I spoke to in between was kind and helpful. Unfortunately due to my schedule I was unable to sign another contract. But she told me that I was always able to come back. Just knowing that gives me so much job security and I am forever grateful. I recommend working for this agency.
