They were ok. The doctor kind of seemed like she didn’t wanna be there. Also my prescription was sent to the wrong pharmacy, so there’s also an active listening issue as well.

Was there this morning at 9am to have .you 3 year old looked. The MA that took my son back introduced herself and did a good job. She took us to the room and then a "provider"...and I use that term very loosely, came in the room. All she said was hello and whats going on today. Did not introduce herself. I proceed to let her know what was wrong with my baby. She stated that she wanted to take a look. While I got my baby on the bed, she stepped in closer. She did not grab a pair of gloves. She did not get close enough to see what was really wrong with him. She told me immediately that I needed to take him to the ER. She kept saying that she doesnt treat what was wrong with him. I asked her if it was that bad he needed to go. She told me no, but that he needed to go to the ER because she doesnt treat what was wrong with him. She didnt even touch my son. I felt like she was racist and didnt want to be bothered with my son. I truly felt like my son was being discriminated against because she didnt want to see a 3 year old. Smd i could understand if thats not what you treat, but to be standish and not care is somwthing different. When I tell you I will never go back to a Novant Urgent care!! They professionalism is slack on the providers. She didnt have empathy or sympathy and showed that she didnt care!! They need to immediately fired her in my opinion.

I was able to get seen in very short order. Jesica at the front desk was courteous, helpful and empathetic. The nurse was quick to get my vitals and the doc (PA) was super nice and helpful. Overall I’m very happy with the care I got here!

Made an appointment online and still had to wait 30ish minutes to even be seen. All the employees there were goofing off and horse playing around. I had a migraine for two days that I couldn’t get rid of, nausea, chills, congestion, sneezing, bad cough. I was brushed off, wasn’t taken seriously. The doctor didn't take her time to listen to my concerns and was trying to make it to where over the counter medication should of fixed it but if she herd me the first few times, the medicine wasn’t working. She made me feel stupid, the only reason I came here because I wanted to be seen faster since my regular doctor couldn’t see me till 6:30. I came home that night and threw up but no one told me what’s wrong with me.

This was the most excellent urgent care experience that I have had. The staff was efficient and professional. The provider that saw me was knowledgeable and caring. The staff is also the most beautiful group of ladies in Columbia inside and out. Way to go Doctors Care Forest Drive.
