Made an appointment online and still had to wait 30ish minutes to even be seen. All the employees there were goofing off and horse playing around. I had a migraine for two days that I couldn’t get rid of, nausea, chills, congestion, sneezing, bad cough. I was brushed off, wasn’t taken seriously. The doctor didn't take her time to listen to my concerns and was trying to make it to where over the counter medication should of fixed it but if she herd me the first few times, the medicine wasn’t working. She made me feel stupid, the only reason I came here because I wanted to be seen faster since my regular doctor couldn’t see me till 6:30. I came home that night and threw up but no one told me what’s wrong with me.

They quite possibly saved my son’s life. He was having an asthma attack, and they got him right back to see the doctor immediately. They administered several breathing treatments and ended up calling an ambulance. Thank you to the staff that helped us, we will never forget you.

Best Doctors Care I’ve ever been to! Staff was so kind and funny, nothing but glowing things to say. I don’t write reviews often but knew the staff deserved their flowers. Janel was so sweet and took great care. I will always come back to this location even though it is out of the way because they are so awesome.

My daughter’s experience with this particular Urgent Care “felt rushed.” She checked in and there were 2 women working at the front desk. One appeared young, the other older. The older female was bossing the younger female, telling her not to answer the phone. The older female asked my daughter, “Why is she here today” without looking at the appointment notes when my daughter scheduled online. Once my daughter got to the back, she was tested for COVID, Flu, Strep. She was given a Rx for Ibuprofen and sent home to rest. I thought a cough suppressant would be given for the cough and green mucus, but unfortunately, Ibuprofen relieves cough, congestion, nausea, and dizziness.

My experience at this location was very unprofessional. The front desk staff member, Cassidy, entered my insurance incorrectly, told me it was “invalid,” and charged my card $199 for a visit. When I asked for a printout, it showed a completely different ID number that didn’t match mine at all. Instead of apologizing, she brushed it off and claimed it was an “ID verification number.” Another staff member later discovered she hadn’t even entered my name in the system. I knew something was off when she said invalid because that term doesn’t even apply. Throughout this process, Cassidy never took accountability, avoided eye contact, and was casually drinking a Dr. Pepper at the desk while handling my information. Because of her carelessness, I was inconvenienced and now have to wait for my refund of $199.00. Thankfully, another employee caught the mistake, but patients should not have to push this hard just to have their insurance processed correctly. I also witnessed her making other mistakes with several other patients. I hope Novant leadership reviews front desk training and professionalism at this location so that future patients are treated with the care, accuracy, and respect they deserve.
