Solution reach is a very easy platform to use it is friendly for every dental office for any part of the staff. Highly recommend using solution reach for easy communication with your patients!!

My office has used solution reach for 4.5 years and it makes patient communication extremely easy. Patients really appreciate being able to text the office 24/7 and being able to schedule appts online when they can’t reach the staff over the phone.

Stay far away. I was a customer for decades. Then their pricing jumped dramatically seemingly quarterly and when I tried to cancel my service they said I couldn't and kept charging my credit card, until I had to cancel my credit card. Then they keep the service active and harrass you with repeated collection calls and ultimately send your account to a collection agency, saying I was locked into a non-existant contract which was initiated in the 90's and had a 30 day opt out. Quite a way to treat a decades-long customer who started with them when they were a small company.

I have been working with Solution Reach for about four years now and have no intention of going anywhere. They take care of everything I need. April is one of the best reps she is always available to help me work through challenges with great solutions.

Solutionreach has been a helpful platform for keeping in touch with our patients. The automated reminders and two-way texting make scheduling and communication super easy. The system can be a bit tricky to customize at first, and support response times could improve, but overall it’s been a good tool for streamlining patient communication.
