We had an excellent experience working with Practolytics LLC for credentialing. I’ll be honest—initially I was hesitant because their pricing was significantly lower than other companies we looked at, and I wasn’t sure what to expect. But they completely exceeded our expectations. I especially want to recognize Aiden, who truly went above and beyond every step of the way. He took the time to thoroughly explain the credentialing process, answered all of my questions (and I had many), and made sure everything was handled correctly. His responsiveness, knowledge, and dedication made a huge difference. We are now successfully contracted with all of the providers we were aiming for—and I know we couldn't have accomplished this without their support. Highly recommend them to anyone needing credentialing services!

Scammers. Refuse to apply paid money to account even after providing receipts. Insist I paid someone the wrong company and went an office in another city. Will never use any healthcare provider using Practolytics.

I am new to working with Practolytics and cannot speak on how the billing side of things is just yet. But I have been working with them for credentialing and Dan was very responsive with my emails and keeping me updated. I am very please with his service. He also shared with me a spreadsheet with each insurance and the status etc. Additionally, I am please with Travis too with the getting back to me and helping me get Advanced MD account set up etc. I will update more when I get to the billing side of things.

I RECEIVED 2 BILLS FROM THIS COMPANY, I KNEW IT WAS IN ERROR BECAUSE I ALREADY MET MY OUT OF POCKET/DEDUCTABLE BEING A CANCER PATIENT. I CALLED MY INSURANCE COMPANY ON WHY THEY DIDN'T PAY MY PCP AND WAS INFORMED THAT THEY NEVER PROCESSED ANY BILLS FROM MY PCP SO I CALLED PRACTOLYTICS. SPOKE WITH SOMEONE WHO SAID THEY DIDN'T HAVE MY INSURANCE ON FILE. I GAVE THEM MY INSURANCE INFORMATION SO HOPEFULLY I DON'T GET ANOTHER BILL. MY BEST FRIEND RECOMMEND THIS PCP TO ME AND I LOVE HIM SO I REFERRED MY FIANCE TO HIM. SAME ISSUE WITH MY BEST FRIEND AND MY FIANCE'S BILLING. MY FRIEND FIXED THE ISSUE AS WELL BUT MY FIANCE HAD A HELL OF A TIME. THEY STATED THAT HE HAD DOUBLE INSURANCE AND THAT THEY COULDN'T BILL SO HE HAD TO PAY. HE WAS FURIOUS AND FINALLY GOT EVERYTING STRAIGHTENED OUT. I AM GOING TO MY PCP'S OFFICE NEXT MONTH AND I WILL TALK TO HIS OFFICE STAFF ABOUT THIS BILLING COMPANY AND HOW THE **THREE** PEOPLE I KNOW THAT SEE HIM HAD THE SAME BILLING ISSUES AND MAYBE THEY NEED TO SWITCH COMPANIES TO DOTHEIR BILLING BECAUSE THIS COMPANY ((((PRACTOLYTICS)))) IS COSTING THEM MONEY. IF YOU OWN ANY KIND OF MEDICAL COMPANY OR DO MEDICAL BILLING..........I SUGGEST THAT YOU DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. ***ONLY GAVE ONE STAR BECAUSE I CAN'T GET ZERO OR NEGATIVE***
