Cognizant is good but the Manyata management is very pathetic. All buildings have lifts which stops at all floors especially F3. If you are working on highest floor, you need to waste time in lift more time unnecessary as it will stop at most of the floors. Even after complaint also , Manyata management is not taking any action. They can either change some in even number floors stop and others in odd number floors. Also the entrance of the buildings have pigeon shits everywhere . Very dirty to walk around.

Very unprofessional hiring experience. I was officially invited via email for a face-to-face interview, asked to come onsite, and then made to wait 4–5 hours with no proper communication. Shockingly poor coordination for a company of this size—the entire process felt manual and mismanaged. After wasting an entire day, I was told my profile was not selected without even being interviewed. If the profile was unsuitable, this should have been screened before calling candidates onsite. Complete disrespect for a candidate’s time.
