My experience with the PDM (Provider Data Management) process at Cognizant was disappointing. While Cognizant is a well-known company and many employees may have positive experiences, my experience in this particular process was not good. There was significant pressure to meet targets, and employees were frequently asked to extend their shifts and sometimes work on weekends. The work environment often felt stressful, and raising concerns did not always result in the support or resolution I expected. I also felt that policies were not always applied consistently, which led to frustration and a sense of unfairness. Over time, the combination of workload pressure, management practices, and workplace politics made the environment difficult for me. The situation became challenging enough that I chose to buy out part of my notice period rather than continue until the end. I hope the organization continues to improve employee well-being, transparency, and fair treatment across all teams and processes. My intention in writing this review is simply to share my personal experience and help future employees make informed decisions.

I know people who work here and can say that they are not happy at all. The employees are forced to work for 9+1(break)hr and they dont even consider paying additional perks if someone works in shifts.

Hi, I would like to share feedback regarding the candidate selection process. Be specific in your job descriptions. Clear expectations help attract the right candidates and prevent unnecessary confusion during the hiring process. It would be helpful if the process could be more streamlined and considerate of candidates’ time.
