    Work culture is shit,you don't have a future there no job security ,and you are earning no skill

    Conduent always post job vacancies in their sites, but when i called their number to enquire, a lady answered and told that no vacancies are currently available. The lady's response was cold and not welcoming.

    In Kochi Most of the interview calls are only given to referral. Elegible candidates are neglected even for the interview. Being an MNC it's not following the right one at right place. They are considering age wise scrutiny, even those are not good in interviews are taken with good package in Kakkanad Kochi. #HR

    Company and policies may be good but there is no job security for employees. Operations Management is not at all good as well HR is supportive to management / managers not basically for employees.
