Very unprofessional and ill minded people. They think people coming for interviews are lower class slaves. They don’t even give them place to sit and make them stand for 4-6 hrs outside without water or food and simply at the end of the day without formal interview ask them to leave stating not selected. Please avoid attending interviews in this cheap standard company having gutter class system and management.

Worst ever company to attend the interview atl least they don't even put chairs for the people to sit they let us stand in the parking area for 4 hrs and with no update on interview such a brutal treatment for the candidates who were there to attend the interview there was no punctuality for taking the interview very disappointed with the company.

I was rejected in the 5th round, even though they couldn't provide a clear reason. They called me for an in-person interview and asked irrelevant questions, only to reject me afterward. Mr. Narayana Reddy, the manager who conducted the technical/managerial round in the 3rd round, could have rejected me then, but he passed me through. The next day, I had an HR discussion, and suddenly, during the 5th round, they decided I wasn't capable. After already being called for an HR discussion, they abruptly turned it into another technical round with nonsensical questions. I suspect Mr. Narayana Reddy had someone else in mind for the role, and intentionally rejected me. Be cautious of managers like this, as they are a major stain on COTIVITI's reputation..

I had a very disappointing experience with the company’s HR service. After going through four rounds of interviews, I was given no clear or professional feedback regarding the outcome. The communication was slow, vague, and lacked transparency. I felt that my time and efforts were not respected, and the overall process was disorganized and frustrating. I hope the company works on improving the efficiency, professionalism, and clarity of their HR communication and candidate experience.
