The platform serves mental health, primary care, and behavioral health organizations across North America. As of 2020, OnCall had worked with over 600 healthcare organizations and more than 7,000 providers. The company is PIPEDA-compliant and includes features such as real-time virtual care analytics, automated patient triage, self-scheduling, payment processing, insurance billing integration, and online prescription capabilities.
OnCall Health was founded in Toronto, Ontario, Canada by Nicholas Chepesiuk (CEO) and Kihoon Terry Kwon (CTO). The company raised approximately $10.5 million CAD in funding across multiple rounds, including a $2 million seed round in 2019 and $7.9 million in Series A financing in 2020. In November 2022, OnCall Health was acquired by Qualifacts and now operates as OnCall by Qualifacts, a subsidiary of the larger healthcare technology company.
