Constant Login Errors and No Real Support from Evisit or KidzDocNow This app simply does not work. I have tried logging in on multiple devices, browsers, and even on desktop, and it fails every single time with the same login error. It is run by Evisit, and just like KidzDocNow, there is no real technical support. You get stuck in a loop of automated messages, and if you finally reach someone, it is a nurse who cannot fix app problems. For a company dealing with healthcare access, this level of failure is unacceptable. When parents need care quickly, this kind of unreliability wastes valuable time. Bottom Line: Both Evisit and KidzDocNow should be ashamed of how broken this platform is. Constant login errors, no accountability, and no proper support. Avoid it.

Evisit is not able to fix a software problem on their platform that has continued for the last 21 hours and affected the last 6 patients that the office was trying to connect with. The technicians generally do not answer phone calls during their office hours but instead send text messages stating that there is no problem. They deserve a negative star system.

Great company! It's like Skyping your Dr.! If you are sick.... With this company's feature you can stay in the comfort of your home and talk to your doctor! Get all the great advice without leaving home!

So, far, not pleased. Your site only works on Chrome, not Explorer. No surprise there. EVisit does not have a wide selection of pharmacies, certainly did not have the two I go to, but I was forced to select a pharmacy to schedule the appointment. Then, I have two kids, unless I remove cookies, the site keeps taking me back to my first child. It should be easier to add mulitple family members. So far, not a very good user experience. Work on these things, and, as a patient, I'll be more apt to use it. Thanks. Hope to see a response soon from your social media team. Frustrated in San Antonio, TX.
