I have recently switched to Medheave from an independent billing company and I am really pleased with them. Finn, Shane and the rest of the team are very professional and really know how to get the job done. They communicate with me all the time to ensure that every claim has been submitted correctly. They were so patient with me in setting everything up. Simultaneously, I also started using a new EHR (NextGen) so the team walked me through how to set up the superbill etc. They obviously know how to use multiple EHR softwares which makes their knowledge so versatile. My previous billers were completely negligent and incompetent so this was such a pleasant experience to switch to Medheave and feel secure knowing that I'm not losing loads of money! Speaking of money, I feel that they charge a fair rate. I have a small practice and I cannot afford to pay high percentages. Meheave seems to tailor to both big and small practices and their individual needs, making it cost effective. I would highly recommend Medheave to anyone looking for a good billing company.
