If i could leave Zero stars i would i currently work here and everyone i have encountered is so unprofessional from the start i took the training for this company back in august of 2025 i didnt get assigned a case until January of 2026 my recruiter is horrible at communicating and never seems to respond and when she does she only responds to one message and disregards everything else that i mentioned when i started my case it took them FOUR whole weeks to pay me and i was told i was supposed to get paid weekly when i finally got paid the next week comes and i didn’t receive my paycheck the woman at the front desk knows absolutely nothing and there seems to be no proper form of management i’m always getting told to handle my problems through someone else someone who NEVER answers their calls or emails i don’t work for myself so if i have a problem im genuinely confused as to who im supposed to ask and that 24-48 hour wait time for a response is so frustrating and ineffective you’re telling me a question cannot be answered within a few hours i find this extremely unprofessional and frustrating

I applied to this company for a paraprofessional job in November of last year and i accepted the job and i did all the onboarding the training virtually and fingerprint for nydoe and i live in Patchogue ny school district i was hired by ms.kdahija and my fingerprints have been received by the teaching initiative over a month ago and she nice women but i got late news the school district was hiring new people and the person she reached out to retired the week of January 20th and i haven’t received no email since then and i emailed on February 4 and today February 10th and i feel like im being purposely ignored and this not okay to promise someone that they be employed and working before the holiday season and its now February and i been unemployed since October 2025 from quitting my job and she knows why i cant afford to not be working

I had the absolute pleasure of having Kristina Simone as a Clinical Fellowship Supervisor for part of my clinical fellowship year. She was supportive, attentive and always available/ easy to reach! I got hired as a paraprofessional, passed all exams and orientation. Was told to wait for a nomination letter from my Microsoft email, haven't received an email yet and it's been 2 months. Sent multiple emails to the recruiter got a few responses after that nothing. Was this a waste for the both of us yes would I recommend this agency to anyone no.
