This is an absolutely pathetic and unprofessional company. They selected me almost a month earlier and pushed me to join quickly. I joined exactly on the date they asked, and within just 13 days, they terminated me claiming there was no project. If there was no project, what kind of idiots hire people in the first place? The management has zero planning, zero accountability, and zero respect for employees. Team leads and managers walk around with fake professionalism and unnecessary attitude, behaving like they are superior, while in reality they don’t even know basic workforce planning. Employees are treated like slaves or daily wage workers — call them when there is work, throw them out when there isn’t. There is no basic human decency or job security. Even for those useless 13 days, they linked their company name to my PF, which has now become a headache during every interview I attend. The way team leads talk to employees is insulting and degrading. They demand people to “come, come” and then treat them cheaply, as if employees have no self-respect. This is one of the most irritating, toxic, and poorly managed companies I have ever seen. Completely unprofessional and not worth anyone’s time.
