Had questions on a bill . The person that was helping me was rude and wouldn't tell me if my wife's insurance was billed and eventually hung up on me.my wife called and she was hung up on twice and we still have no answers.

We had as our medical billing services For short period of time with them. They almost drove us to the point of bankruptcy due to their poor knowledge of billing services, lack of accountability and reliability, high turn over of their staff, etc. Not sure how they are still in business but I think they will shut down any day. They are just honoring client calls and emails and sounds to me that they are unable to respond to so many client complaints. Down right unprofessional and disorganized company. Stay away from doing business with them
