I have been dealing with Reliable Credit since the late 90's early 2000's and have never had a problem with the staff. I dont get loans often but when I do I have never had any problems. I currently work with Sheila and she has been very great. I've worked will Gill before and was satisfied. Yes any loan outside of a bank or credit union will have a high interest rate but when you need help. You do what you have to do. Everybody has their own experience but my experience was and is great.

I had a loan with them, got sick and miss a couple payments. Sent my husband to pay the balance off and they gave him the wrong pay off amount. After a while I seen my credit report never updated. I started disputing with the credit bureau. My report updated with a balance due. I called about it and they were rude. I sent my son to pay the balance on my credit report and they gave him a different amount. I talk to court about it and they told me to get a lawyer for reliable. I needed the balance removed quickly so I just paid the balance. After waiting two months I called reliable about get a letter to get the situation cleared up. Shelia answered the phone and was very unprofessional. She had a nasty attitude, mock me, and hung up on me several times. I told her I had the receipt from the attorney office showing paid in full but instead of listening, she was very rude. She could have said I will verify and call you back in a professional manner. She was very rude and hung the phone when I ask for a manager. She hung up on me three times. Because of this review they reported me to experian and they report to them after the account was paid off. Has a balance due when the account is fully paid off.

Please don't do business with these people! They are very friendly when you first come in to get a loan, but if you have questions or concerns about the money you are paying back then they are rude, impatient, and suggest you do business elsewhere. I've been a customer for over a year and have faithfully paid my loan every month. When I looked back over my loan, thinking there were some errors, I called for information. I found out that they added several different insurances to my loan that I didn't ask for, and my total payback was tripled to what I borrowed! So I advise you to do your homework before getting a loan, read all of the fine print, and go to a bank... which is what they told me I should've done!!
