The company looks good on the outside but is corrupt within. As a pca not only did I have to file a discrimmination complaint against them, they reduced my hours which dissolved my health insurance (over the top cost) , then the routine for assignments was to contact me for the next assignment, that did not happen and when I did call I was put off with some dead excuse. One thing more, on interview I made it clear that i will not work with smokers, dogs in yhe house, and will work with men who met my guideline other then that, no men. They called me for an assignment nearly 30 miles from my home, . Having no work i took the opportunity. What did i find,? A male client, head injury, no problem, but his father and brother all 6 ft burly overweight men who walked barefoot through a filthy home and smoked not only cigerettes but Marijuana through a pipe! A bug infested filthy kitchen, and a dog running around. Needless to say I did not return and called the office in westbury to complin to the recruiter Melicia who not only did she not apologize but ger response was belligerent, rude and from that day on i received no assignments from July 2025 to date. Of course I was hired by another agency . However as an active employee i have to this day not received an assignment. I worked with this company two years and suddenly I get no assignments and the client I had for over a year mysteriously changed, they lied about this as well. In Nov. 2025, I had to have major surgery, I informed the company corporate office instead of the Westbury office where I worked. I sent documentation by email and confirmed receipt from HR. I asked for documentation, forms to apply for entitled benefits, accumulated vacation./sick pay. I was sent an email from April Guiliabi , westbury office verification of sick/vacation pay. After dozens more calls and a run around I was then told that i was not entitled to any benefits at all. Company policy via lisa Pollack, corporate HR. After dozens more calls/ emails etc, complaints, I demanded my w2 form., I was told in order to get the form I had to fill out and sign a request for sick leave form, . That was signed and sent. Not only did I have to again request my W2 form from Lusa in HR, she lied again and claimed it was sent out. Four weeks later no form. Several days ago I receive a 1095c form in the mail! Not a w2 form. Which is required by law. This company I found has had problems and violations via stealing money via services also in the past in which they were charged by the government. Contact the ceo? This person is untouchable along with his staff. I attempted to contact him via website, linkin, face book. He is clueless or is he? What do I want? My W2 form, my vacation/Sick pay, I was out sick for 4 months! Not one dime from this company. formal letter of apology including the ceo name, and lying Lisa. even all who were involved in this abuse. Including my W2 form explaining why it was not sent at my request early January 2026. Let me add. As pca's we are caring and kind to clients. This quality is credited to the aide and is totally separated from this corrupt company.

My wife signed up with Maxim. She was supposed to be supplied aides. She has had maybe one aide show up. This aide quit Maxim. Now Maxim has all her hours, and has not supplied an aide in over a month. I have had to pay an aide to come in. I will be charging Maxim back everytime I have to hire an aide. If someone says Maxim, run and hide.

I am very pleased with the work that the staff at Maxim Healthcare Group have done with my son. My little one has made so much growth with his goals. I love how quickly this team addresses my son's needs, answering any questions, or any concerns I may have. They all WORK REALLY HARD to provide an OUTSTANDING service to my son. Thank you for all you do, it is greatly appreciated. I couldn't be happier with the the group of amazing individuals working with my son.
