Onboarding has been terrible. I have submitted everything that was requested for me to submit. I ask time after time how long the process will take and they continue to say 1-3 business days. It has been weeks and I have gotten the same update in 3-4 different occasions. They are reviewing my background check which I also received and am clear, what is prolonging the process? And to make it worse you cant call and speak to someone. This is extremely stressful.

I loved this company until I didn’t. I was falsely accused of something from a facility I worked a shift at. I then was told to do a module so that it wouldn’t go against my account after having 5 stars and multiple positive feedback responses from other facilities that I worked at. I do the module then my account gets closed stating that I could no longer be eligible for rehire like what?! Dumb company with dumb rules it’s insane but yet they don’t do through investigations on these facilities that are understaffed and barely getting by.

I turned everything in, sent everything they requested, and they keep sending a text message to upload a document (doesn’t even say which document it is). When I click on the link it takes me to a screen that says my upload is complete. I’ve reached out to this company through email, no response. Text message, again, nothing. And forget trying to get a hold of anyone on the phone. As previous reviewers reported, I’m questioning the legitimacy of this company. I don’t like an incompetent company having all my information either. 😠 Don’t waste your time with them.

This agency used to be really good & always had a ton of shifts available from a variety of facilities. Now it seems like the facilities they partnered with were cut in half. I see the same 5 facilities within 100 mile radius and the pay isn’t as good as it used to be. Seems like it’s not worth picking up shifts anymore.

No matter what I do they will not unlock my account to work. I have done everything I was told to do and still I cannot work. My license is active, my BCI is complete. I keep asking what the problem is but nobody knows and it is never within the customer representatives scope to actually assist me in any way. There's minimal to no response via email. No timelines are given for reference. I don't think this is a real company any more.
