absolute garbage. constant password resets, erroneous data, nonexistent communications. i'm heavily lobbying everyone i know in business that has them as the recruiting software to jump ship. lawyers involved and the whole nine. avoid avoid avoid avoid!

UPDATE-1st the good reviews are from their employees as someone else pointed out and mainly talk about the expensive office/building. We pay 2500 month and they removed our rep, so there is no one to help us with ongoing issues (except a generic, slow to respond customer care email). Also I forgot to mention that the worst part of ICIMs is that you cannot just scroll through resumes removing those you don't want, you must open and close each one and there is no way to sort them in this simplistic software. Our company fills 8-10 positions each month and we were told ICIMS could help us not only attract talent, but track and process them throughout the hiring process. We signed a 3 year contract at almost 100k. It has been over 1 year and we receive a mere 0-3 resumes for most of the jobs we post. The few resumes that come in are never qualified. We pay ICIMS $2500 month, but reap no benefit from their system! ICIMS will not let us out of the contract and claim that INDEED has become "greedy" and keeps changing the algorithms so that jobs sweeped to INDEED from them just don't show up in searches. We would like to get out of this contract as it is not living up to everything we were promised. We still have to post our jobs on ICIMS only to post to our website for internal candidates. This is unnecessary work as we must also post/pay for ZipRecruiter and INDEED as well. It does not work for tracking applicants as no solid candidates ever come from ICIMS. We would like out of their contract because it is not working as promised and honestly just not working at all for us. They have taken a hard line agains letting us out of the contract and want to keep taking our money for no services received.

I'm sure your a hard working company with hard working individuals But your websites for employment seekers is absolutely horrible, among everyone I've asked have all claimed. "When I see icims website logo the position health benefits or the salary has no effect whatsoever yes salary location what ever convenience that position is offering I close the window and on to the next job as if it's been lost in oblivion or completely erased from my memory I never seen it that's what type of nightmare your subject to competing icims application"

Which kind of service you are providing and talking about ? , I have to change my password every time I need to login to any website under your technical support , it has been a while and no body call back or help to solve my applying issue , please take care of your business better than that.

iCims is a great company, wonderful product, historic building (it's where they figured out the big bang theory apparently)... This is a review of their location though, not the product. The only reason for the 4 stars instead of 5 is because - even though the building was one of the key research facilities for phones & development of mobile technology (Bell Labs Research) - the building has virtually no phone reception... At least on the ground floors. So, super cool, great history, just tough to communicate with outside people while you're there!
