First off, I would not recommend this company to anybody! In the beginning, everything seemed to be going good, but then a few months into the job The communication just seemed to stop when I would make a call to the call center To let them know a participant did not want Service or was not home I had to leave a message with no return call back so I just quit calling until they would call to ask why no service was given to The participant! Or if you did get a hold of your recruiter to let them know the call center would not get the message and end up calling you anyway after you spent your time calling thinking you’re doing the right thing But by the time they get the message, you have already talked to three or four different people about the same message! They don’t care how far participants are from each other. They don’t care if you drive an hour in between clients They don’t care if you work until eight or 9 o’clock at night Especially if you Live an hour away! They lie and say you get PTO time, but you don’t There’s no insurance No holiday pay no nothing! God forbid if you were to ask about Your pay ,Your check stubs, or anything else because nobody knows anything! To take you off a schedule, but say you’re still an employee that can’t tell you the reason why you have no schedule until a week Later! When you are put in a different location, they lie to you about the pay rate & Only got paid for one hour of work. I tried calling several times and left messages with no return phone calls About the issue when I was told somebody messed up in payroll. and that I would have a return phone call I never received one .. it was noticed on a check stub I could go on and on about this company, but I think I’ve said enough I will be going to the labor board over this company. I was lied to from the very beginning and lied to at the end of employment I worked for that money and I will get that money! I will not recommend this company to anybody. It is the worst company I’ve ever worked for.
