Me & my now wife met through a travel contract , she was working in jersey as a travel nurse . I had been trying to get a travel contract for months and had no luck as a RT. She told me to try to work with her recruiter Michele Virgilio and Ashe was able to find me a good fit almost instantly. Eventually she was able to work out contracts for me and my wife to be able to travel together in our different professions. We have referred friends over for a first time contract or who have had no luck or a hard time with other recruiters and they all tell us the same thing she is attentive , polite , patient , professional & above all is able to do things other just can’t seem to get done.Michele is a big reason why we stick with Aya and we highly recommend !

I’ve worked with Senior Recruiter Whitney Bartlett for many years. I left 3 years ago to take a permanent assignment. The assignment was one that Whitney helped me extend for about 2yrs. I just recently came back to Aya and went straight to Whitney again. I refuse to work with anyone else. She is dedicated, compassionate and professional. When I lost my mom during my last contract with Aya she was so kind…got me much needed time off and even sent flowers. No matter what contract I was on she would check in with me frequently. She wanted to know how it was going and if I needed anything in order to make it a great experience. . I felt so supported. She asks about my family and interests outside of work as well.
