Awful to work with. Was an executive director with a staffing company and in charge of handling our CRM/ATS. Constantly changed support reps, required me to send them a request to remove licenses from billing, and held our COMPANY OWNED data hostage! Owner decided to part ways with them and owed a few months worth of service. Requested resume's we have stored in the ATS be sent to us in PDF format PRIOR to canceling services. Ceipal would not release until outstanding balance was paid. As per the agreement the information we had in the system was owned by us and are still entitled access to it regardless of account status. CHOOSE ANOTHER ATS!! Not worth your time and trouble to work with these folks. Don't let their low costs reel you in....you certainly get what you pay for.
