I really don’t understand how this place hasn’t been investigated. Cameras don’t work. Out of network billing, but no one to contact. Constant run around. Brittani Vincent and the leadership team need additional training on how to properly lead and run a business involving children. Extremely sketchy company.
If I could give zero stars I would. Do not send your children here if you genuinely care about their well being and developmental growth. Unsafe conditions, lack of training in staff, and an overall discrepancy in their moral values. Every BCBA that values their license leaves this company. Staff can be actively in a session and sleeping leaving the client with no active supervision. The way they handle these babies here is disgusting. There is no empathy or care shown towards them hitting milestones or developing new learning, adaptive, cognitive, or social skills even from management. I advise you to look ANYWHERE else if you see your child as more than a paycheck or billable hours.
I am loving it so far
We are extremely pleased with the progress our son has made with the support of the entire team at Texas ABA Centers. The professionals here are highly trained and committed to their work. They consistently seek out new and activities to engage the children and help them develop essential life skills in a fun and enjoyable way. We couldn't be happier with the dedication and care they provide. Thank you, Texas ABA Centers.
