My 3 year old escaped the therapist and eloped from the building. He was found outside in the parking lot some minutes later. Was told the person responsible was fired but they would not give me a name, so how could I be sure. Was told the gate was closed but when picking him up early other times the gate was open at the same time he eloped. Our absolute worst nightmare and we did not even get a single apology…. Took three days for them to provide any proof or explanation as to how this could have happened.
I am so happy I found this place !! My son has been here for just about 6 months but I am speechless with the amount of improvement he has made. He has exceeded the expectations I had honestly. When he first started I was skeptical about ABA therapy because of the things I hear but since the beginning Mr Clifford and Mrs Diepa have been amazing and so open about anything I ask. I tend to ask lots of questions. I had my doubts for sure but I trusted the process and the progress is amazing. Seeing my baby reach goals and milestones that once seemed so unattainable is the best feeling. I’m so proud of my son and beyond grateful to the entire ICare staff! Bri, Alex & Kahrem are amazing, all the RBTs are, but when my son sees them specifically he has the biggest smile on his face and it just reassured me he is in great hands. Thank you for all you guys do at iCare!!
Mr. Clifford Castille and the whole iCare staff are amazing with my 2 toddlers. My children have done so much growth in 3 short months of being with them. We can actually go to restaurants and church events NOW! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND the iCare team if your looking for Autism treatment for your little one, and the best part is NO WAITLIST! All the therapists are heaven sent, Ms.Daisy, Ms.Felicia, Mr.Alex, Mr. David and the rest who I have yet to remember their names. I thank you for all the work you do with my children and all the littles at the center, trust me your job doesn’t go unnoticed.
Cliff Castile and the ICare staff are angels on earth! I,like other Autism parents was unsure if anything could help my child after countless therapy appointments, a disappointing “special needs” preschool, early interventions, diet changes, no electronics etc etc, ICare has been a light in a lonely tunnel that many others feel. ICare is beyond a therapy center it’s a family. Everyone from the therapists to Ms Jackie at the front desk, and the lovely volunteer that offers delicious free lunch to my son everyday, We love, appreciate and thank you so much. My son began ICare with very little words, eating junk all day(food avoidant) living on protein shakes and keeping my entire house awake until the wee hours of the morning for his first 4 years. Autism is a journey like no other and is fully encompassing of your life in all facets. This past year has been revolutionary. My son now kisses me and his baby sister good night, cuddles on the couch and falls asleep before anyone else, plays with other children, eats real FOOD and all because ICare does what they say they will and Cares!!!!!!
In the past few weeks, we have had the opportunity to spend time with people (family, friends and church members) who have not seen Calvin in a few months. They all commented on the tremendous positive change in his social skills and behavior. They all expressed a noticeable change in his interactions with adults as well as other children. I assured them I would pass the compliments over to those at iCare. It truly matters that our kid is being loved on and encouraged to be his best self at home and while he is away from us. We appreciate all that everyone at iCare is doing to support Calvin. I just wanted to share some feedback with you from other village members. Hopefully you can pass it on to anyone who has been working with Calvin.
