The company has grown to operate 160+ centers across 19 states, making it a significant regional and expanding national presence in autism therapy services. BlueSprig delivers individualized, evidence-based ABA therapy to children from infancy through age 18 across five service modalities: clinic-based care at dedicated centers, in-home therapy, school-based integration, telehealth virtual sessions, and community-based programs. All services are delivered by Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) and Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) trained in best practices for autism intervention. The company serves children across early intervention (ages 0–5), preschool (ages 4–6), school-age (ages 7–12), and teen (ages 13–18) populations through age-appropriate program tracks including Sprouts, Sprigs, Explorers, and Trailblazers. Treatment plans are individually tailored to each child's needs and learning style. Family engagement is a core component of BlueSprig's service model. We got services through them for just under a year. My daughter responded very well to and with the therapists. Megan was wonderful and very flexible with us. My daughter is now thriving and doing well in school with the help of the lovely people there. So leaving was bitter sweet. Lol. They made it fun for the kids to learn in different way. The tools that were given were the sme things I was working on here at home. Overall, we would go back if needed.
BlueSprig's staff has gone above and beyond to help my son and our family! They were patient while we figured out scheduling, professional and friendly when they came to do in-home ABA, and very easy to communicate with. I trust my son in their care and I'm so happy to do ABA here!
Thank you for your support and dedication. Your work and patience have been invaluable to my son's development.
Bluesprig was absolutely amazing for my son. Not only did he learn alot but he lived coming everyday. The staff loved my son so much, and taught him so much . He sad to leave after receiving a year of service. He was literally kicking and screaming to stay. I thank you so much for taking care of my baby
Their behavior is so cheap and rough. rude and unprofessional. How could they help children to improve? It's a big JOKE
