Kyo Care is a provider of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy services specializing in evidence-based treatment for children and adults with autism spectrum disorder. Originally founded in 2005 as Gateway Learning Group, the company rebranded to Kyo Care and has grown to serve thousands of families across 11 states, including operations in California, South Carolina, Indiana, Florida, and Tennessee. The organization delivers comprehensive ABA services through multiple modalities tailored to each client's unique needs and preferences. Service delivery options include in-home therapy, clinic-based treatment, school-based programs, telehealth sessions, and community-based interventions. Clinical services are delivered by Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) and Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) who follow evidence-based protocols focused on meaningful outcomes. Kyo Care's clinical leadership includes Co-Founder Melissa Willa, MA, BCBA, who serves as Chief Clinical Officer and brings expertise from special education teaching. The company is led by CEO Colin Davitian and operates with a team of 201-500+ clinical and support staff. The organization offers parent training as part of its service portfolio, recognizing the importance of family involvement in treatment success. Beyond direct therapy services, Kyo Care provides behavioral assessments, developmental assessments, school district support and consultation, and social skills training. The company has developed a mobile application to help families manage their child's treatment program and access real-time updates about progress and scheduling. This integrated approach reflects a commitment to making ABA therapy accessible, convenient, and family-centered.

Katherine and her team were awesome! They are very friendly and always on time. Their team was very flexible with the schedule, and they were always making sure that someone would cover each other's shift. They were a very big help with my son's condition, and I can see the progress. I recommend them if you need assistance for your loved ones.
We are very grateful and satisfied with the work done by the Kyo Care team, especially Mimi for her professionalism, support, communication in Spanish, recommendations, availability, and assistance. We also thank Kayla for her professionalism, attentive supervision, and support during my son's therapies. Thanks to Grace for her availability, enthusiasm, professionalism, and support during my son's therapies. Likewise, I thank the other therapists for their dedication to this work, which is so valuable and important for the behavioral development of our children with special needs. Thanks to you, my son is making more progress every day.
My son had been working with Kyo team for a few years. His team coordinator worked closely with the family and listened to our needs and pay close attention to my son’s development. The team collaboration helped my son continues developing his social and emotional skills and more importantly, he built up the close relationship with each therapist in his team.
As our Behavior Analyst, Erin Badduke has been a shining light as we navigate the needs of our autistic son. Throughout our struggles, she manages to keep things upbeat and positive, while also having substantive knowledge to share. It is reassuring to know how much she has studied child behavior and autism; her passion really shines through. Erin also has a natural ability to connect with children in an authentic manner. I'm not sure how she commits all of her research knowledge to practice--she always knows how to react in every situation our child throws at her. She is pleasant to be around and great at keeping us on task to reach our goals. I also appreciate her honesty and I've developed a great deal of trust with her. Thankfully Kyo's form of ABA therapy is very gentle and child centered and our son really enjoys therapy. I couldn't recommend Erin enough.
