VerifyTX is the best! Makes life so much easier in the behavioral health space. Much more efficient that any other platform I’ve used in 10 years. Big shout out to Melanie Hernandez that manages our account! She is always there to help support promptly if I ever have any questions.

They have amazing customer service, and all the information they provide our business with is accurate and extremely helpful. Every time we have called with a question they set up calls with my whole team and walk us all through it. I can not tell you how happy we are with Verify Treatment. I can literally check benefits in seconds from my phone. It is amazing. And Bryan is the best!

Jon at Verify Treatment did a wonderful job on communicating with my team during our implementation into salesforce. I had some questions and he was very eager to jump on the phone or respond even after hours. It works great in the organization I have it in and the interface is very user friendly. I recommend using their product for all of your insurance needs and if you are using it online and have salesforce, it is really worth it to add it into your organization!

This has been the best tool ever for verifying benefits. You get immediate and accurate results. What few problems we had in the beginning were all resolved quickly thanks to our rep Jordan Sheffield. Would recommend this program to anyone that deals with needing to verify insurance benefits. This program has definitely become a great asset to our admissions team.
