Terrible customer service. Had someone hack my account and rack up $3000 bill then they suspended my entire account and asked me to pay it so they can reactivate the account. 3000 of some scammers bill what!!! This is insane. Their customer service was like talking to a wall. I’ve been a customer of there’s for 4 years.

Beyond hot garbage! Wish I could give it -5 stars! Twilio does everything possible to NOT do business with you, and they do not offer ANY customer service or even a usable interface so you can "help yourself" to their services. There are too many layers of B.S. and legalese, and poor UI/UX to navigate through, just to attempt to get something working. Even for something as simple as sending SMS messages, I'm talking about easily 1/2 a day, and don't expect anything to work until you go through an absurdly ridiculous A2P 10DLC registration requirements.. Please do yourself a favor and go somewhere else or you'll just waste your precious time. Don't say someone didn't warn you!

Twilio is the background carrier for GoDaddy's "Conversations" and "Smart Line" apps. They read and censor Text/SMS messages. I had a business line through GoDaddy "Conversations" app. Twilio blocked all my out-going texts because they said the messages were inappropriate. My client and I were using medical terms for personal body parts while discussing a private procedure. There was no "sexting" going on. How do folks discuss biology, using medical terminology, get censored? I asked for proof/evidence of the messages they found offensive. Twilio did not respond. How can I defend myself if I don't know what was wrong. There was no recourse. I cancelled my GoDaddy Phone service and moved my number to another, nationally known, cell service.

I made the mistake of choosing Twilio/SendGrid as the marketing mail app for my private lending company. BIG MISTAKE. Establishing the account was ponderous, to say the least, and took over a week for their Compliance Department to review a handful of basic questions in order to activate the account. The SendGrid app is not intuitive/user-friendly, but even a non-tech person can muddle through it. I finally sent my first email blast only to have it shut down after one third of the emails were sent due to security flags. Keep in mind, this is AFTER I completed/answered all Compliance questions, and tested/confirmed domain authentication. At this point, I'm requesting a full refund and will switch to MailChimp or some other app. My advice; stay away from Twilio/SendGrid. Mark Hayden, ID

I have never hired Twilio. Never spoken to, nor corresponded in any way with them, or SendGrid. They have fraudulently charged my credit card $35,000. I can't get anyone on the phone to discuss it. All emails and customer service requests I have sent have been replied to by Chat-Bots. This company is a fraud. Impossible to get anyone on the phone. I am in the process of filing a criminal complaint.
