I had a very positive experience with Luma during my recent hospitalization in Bangkok. After being admitted to Samitivej Chinatown Hospital for a suspected TIA, Luma responded quickly, communicated clearly, and coordinated directly with the hospital. The direct payment process worked smoothly, which greatly reduced my stress during an already difficult situation. I especially appreciated the professionalism of the claims team and the regular updates throughout the process. Knowing that most of the hospital bill was handled directly allowed me to focus on my recovery instead of worrying about administrative procedures. Overall, I am very satisfied with the support I received and I would recommend Luma to travelers looking for reliable medical insurance in Asia.

To any travelers out there, if you are looking for an agent to look after your services in regards to traveler's and/or health insurance(s), look no furthere then Luma's agents. LUMA's representatives are extremely knowledgeable, very professional and right down to it very wonderfull people. Worst insurance company i ever dealt with in the 23 years I’ve been going to Thailand!! Had to re-send all the paperwork 3 TIMES…. And they still wanted more paperwork!! They seems to try to push you till you give up…. Terrible company to deal with!! LUMA,never again! Do yourself a favor,forget this outfit!!
