We've been using the qliqSOFT secure messaging app for many years. Yes, they had some issues converting from qliqCONNECT to qliqCHAT. Thankfully, support and the development team were extremely responsive and the platform is quite stable for us. We have hundreds of users and VERY few issues. Their support team is knowledgeable and responsive. We've worked with Elmer and Josue many times, mostly regarding user issues (not qliqCHAT problems). Both know what they're doing and can usually correct the problem with one quick phone call. I really appreciate that we call and they answer - no phone queues or submitting support tickets. Things are get taken care of quickly. That's rare these days.

Horrible service. I run a medical practice and have several providers staff across 7 offices use this system. This past week it has been down and running slow 4-5 days in a row. Get no real answer or resolution from customer support and it really effecting business. Over the years of having Qliq we have seen it get slower and slower and the customer service is not great. We will be looking to switch to another service.
