I use this program at work daily and it has completely changed communications with patients for the better! It is so simple and time effective to send a quick text as opposed to trying to call someone. It also helps patients who are unable to get a break from work, school, etc. because they can just send a text instead of having to step out to make a call. Greg is also super helpful and the team as a whole works quickly and efficiently. My job has gotten so much better since we adopted OhMD's services!

I've been waiting for a company like this to come along that actually grasps the importance of the patient experience. I've never seen a more elegant software solution in the industry. My staff originally signed up to OhMD because they were looking for a free HIPAA compliant texting app. We weren't even looking for a patient engagement solution at the time. But we realized that OhMD could be used for so much more than HIPAA compliant texting. We started off using it for automated appointment reminders and two- way texting with patients and it immediately changed our practice. Overnight, we went from wasting hours tracking down patients by phone to a much more efficient way to communicate. And while patients had been asking us if they could text for the past year or so, we never anticipated such a welcome change in the way we communicate. The staff uses the OhMD desktop app to send messages and it all integrates with our EHR. Patients can now text with us like they text with their friends and family. They absolutely love it.
