RingCentral desk top app. I realize I am one small fish independent worker. But before you commit make sure all the bugs are worked out in RingCentral. The desk top app was my nightmare. Ticket after ticket and hours of my time with the tech group trying to resolve my video issues. I had to pay the remaining months on my contract and being a 1099 position with a very large company was really frustrating. I would not recommend them. I would do lots of research before using their system.

I have been using ring central for the past 2 + years and have to say it is one of the best decisions i made for my business's. It is a great system with a lot of phone system variation like the old pbx type style phone systems.. the only thing i wish was better is the ability to stream like a radio station for hold music variation. Other than that i have had very little issues and minimal down time.

Worst company. Been trying for someone to help me regarding a bill. They raised the rates, yet I am stuck in a contract.... You cannot raise your rates mid contract. Customer service is absolutely terrible as well. Just reading Noah's review.... Same thing happened to me. They told me it's month to month. I call to cancel they tell me it's a year contract.

Very happy with Ring Central and the organization it provides my small business. I use it for phone and fax. I really appreciate having voicemails transcribed and emailed to me, makes multi-tasking a breeze! Professional walk-through in the beginning, much better than the previous company I was considering. Would recommend.

I’ve had a great experience with RingCentral and their customer support team. Even when I had some account and setup issues on my end, they stayed responsive, professional, and willing to help me get everything back on track. I especially appreciate the follow-ups and the effort they put into making sure my account is taken care of. It really makes a difference when a company stays engaged with their customers.
