Their interview scheduling system is completely broken and they only use automated emails so you can't reach out to anyone. Screw them and any company using this to hire

The company leaked my private information and breached EU GDPR laws. They use other websites to get your info and then you end up in their database without consent. Spam phone calls follow as now the private information is out in the open. These people need to be taken to court.

Attention to all SmartRecruiters users: It's crucial to be aware that SmartRecruiters may take action without warning if they deem your company to be in violation of their policies. Recently, my company's account was abruptly deactivated by SmartRecruiters, citing a violation of section 2.1 concerning work-from-home opportunities and commission positions. This occurred without prior notice or warning. This experience serves as a cautionary tale for others using SmartRecruiters' platform. As a longstanding customer who has been posting genuine job listings since 2011, exercise caution and be prepared for potential account deactivation without prior notice. Buyer beware when utilizing SmartRecruiters for posting jobs, especially remote positions and roles involving commissions.

I had the world worst experience with the recruiter Mary K. Who was unprofessional and had the audacity to comment on my time management skills due to her sending an itinerary with the incorrect information. Will be sure to have this addressed as both companies don’t have phone numbers that connect. I felt very discriminated against.

Systems impossible for jobseekers. I found it impossible to reach anyone from the company via online or phone. Reading the previous post that said they were helpful when she found an address to reach someone looked helpful. But how in the world can you find an email address for anyone to help?
