A friend told me to contact Greg Walther at Emerald Search Partners earlier in 2025, and when I did finally reach out to him, my life almost immediately shifted. First, it cannot be said to any small degree how AWESOME Greg is, and when someone as awesome as Greg manages a group like Emerald Search Partners, one truly sees good leadership in action. Second, it cannot be ignored that Greg truly enjoys recruiting, he has amazing contacts, and he truly enjoys working with and empowering women. If you don’t believe me, check out his team at ESP!!
