I came here on a weekday early afternoon. Had about 12 people ahead in line. Took possibly just over an hour with one person assisting a single kiosk. Overall they were helpful and worked efficiently. HOWEVER, there are TWO kiosks and only one was being used. Ideally there could be two people processing at once. I couldn’t get an appointment made ahead in the times I needed, so I did a walk in. After seeing this place, I’m not sure how the appointments would be honored since I just see a single line and nobody else managing or a system in place to honor appointments.

Early morning, shorter line. Just 1 agent processing applications at the kiosk. She worked quickly.

So quick! There's a kiosk and they take your fingerprints, scan your passport, and take a picture. Hardest part was finding it, it's not a storefront, it's a kiosk at the east end of the big hall of Oculus, opposite the PATH, by/under the Fulton center subway exit

Extremely rude and unhelpful employees. They couldn’t get my documents to scan because they repeatedly selected the wrong dropdown option. They were talking badly behind other customer’s backs. Really awful experience. They wouldn’t even look me in the eye. The CLEAR employees at JFK scanned my documents quickly, and were helpful, knowledgeable, and patient. Just do this at the airport, and safe yourself the headache of dealing with people who hate their jobs/life.
