Requiring providers to update information today should be a simple accomplishment on mobile devices. CAQH has outdated programming that is very quirky on mobile. you have had years now, so no excuses for poor programming. My cardiologist had all my vitals at his house waking up after my heart attack on his iphone before leaving the house for the hospital 5 yrs ago. Simple forms management adaptation to mobile should be easy to just get it done already.

Zero is the most they can get. The site does not consider patient care that doctors need to be involved in. Very frustrating, very disrespecting messages, very slow. I hope some of those people there are patients and will be seen for 5 min instead of 15 to satisfy their needs on CAQH.

ZERO STARS. what a terrible company, with terrible support, with terrible web portals, with terrible terrible terrible souls. You think I'm being dramatic, but once you have been on hold for an hour to fix an easy issue that a monkey could accomplish, you will realize the hell for which you have entered. Why do you think there is an extreme deficit of healthcare professionals and people keep killing themselves? Because of companies like this, concerned only about their bottom line.

Zero stars!!Horrendous out-sourced customer service. They have done nothing but screw up the EFT process. It would be quicker to do each insurance individually than use this inadequate "streamlining" service.

ZERO STARS Terrible provider service. It seems impossible for reps to apply logic and understanding to conversation. It's like trying to interact with robots. The hold times are not reasonable for anyone to accommodate, which yields to emailed correspondence which assigns a new Case ID every reply and a new person handling so all context is ignored or lost, making it impossible to resolve issues. Even if you do hold long enough for someone to pick up, their understanding and ability to help is naught. I've been trying to add a payer for EFT/ERA for months now and cannot due to CAQH's insistence on contacting our local branches instead of our licensing and credentialing department. They are unable to accommodate facilitation for corporations. This information will be shared with all payers who choose CAQH for their EFT/ERA needs. It is counter-productive to any efficiency they claim to offer. Speaking to or getting the name of any manager in the company to help seems as likely as winning the lotto.
