I've been using Paubox for years. Recently my business had an email problem, and Paubox helped us identify where the problem was...and it was not Paubox related whatsoever. Tech support from a major other company we use for email was no help and actually created a lot of hassle, angst, and confusion. A wonderful guy named Scott from Paubox got on zoom with us a number of times to help...he figured out the source of the issue, even though the problem was not with their product. I am really impressed with this guy, with Paubox, and with their willingness to spend hours helping us with an issue unrelated to their product! This kind of customer service is rare. When you're dealing with a complex tech issue that you can't understand and that is impacting your business, this kind of support is exactly what you need! I can't rate this company more highly!

I've been using Paubox for approx 10 years. In the past 2 years, it has really fallen off. They make backend changes which break functionality, and hope you don't bother them about it. I have multiple clients that I can't even check Quarantine for the past month and a half, and no ETA in sight. No updates, they just hope you deal with it

Great while you're paying them. Once you cancel they ghost you and your emails are down and held hostage. Ive left 2 VM and zero calls back. Customer support is non-exsistant unless you're actively paying them. Disappointed to see them treat us like this after 6yrs of being a loyal customer and dozens of referrals sent to them.

i just got off the phone with Rob from customer tech support for paubox (it's an encryption service I use for my practice to meet HIPAA compliance) and oh my goodness! we were able to share a few brief "human moments" bonding over our children with special needs, and young children in general. i didn't have to disclose that he has special needs, but i chose to. i am not ashamed for our child having special needs. i am proud to be a special mom, to such a special kid. in just those few moments we were able to laugh, empathize, and understand. a reminder in this very special world, we are not alone, and together, we're bringing back the village. thank you to Rob from Paubox Tech support for being a part of our village and for fixing my email (finally!)
