Scheduled a call with a "Tony Kuka" who appeared to be enthusiastic about new business. Abruptly canceled my meeting about 5min before it was scheduled for. Never responded afterwards. My time is just as valuable as anyone elses and there are plenty of other credentialing agencies to choose from. Typically businesses are the nicest when they are soliciting your business. If you treat this poorly before you get my business, how bad will treat me after you have my money? What an embarrassing excuse for a "company".

Save yourself time and money - find a better option. I just getting these people to either call back or email back is a long and arduous process. I've sent multiple emails and left messages. As I type this I've been waiting on the phone for 35 minutes and still haven't gotten a response from an individual. That's after I've left 3 separate messages with people to call back, and sent 4 emails to my person. And I've been trying to get going with this process for over a month.

They hit you with a long laundry list of items to get started, a bunch of which don’t even seem necessary. On top of that, they’re super slow to respond to questions or emails. Overall, it’s been a really frustrating onboarding process. Still not there.
