When my billing manager turned over, I as practice manager absorbed a lot of her work including credentialing. This was all new to me and I had to lean on members of my team internally and externally for support. SSO has worked with NCRED for a number of years. We had a number of new providers starting as well as other providers who needed updated credentialing documents, etc. I requested some frequent communication with our NCRED rep throughout the year to ensure that nothing was missed and she has been awesome to work with. She is responsive, communicative, pleasant and knowledgeable. I think together we have made a number of improvements through our combined efforts. We have used the NCRED portal extensively which has been simple to manage and a great solution to help organize and stay on top of everything. Thanks to the NCRED team for all that you do.

Dealing with this company was a nightmare. Allowed one of our applications to to void after having over 30 days to fix the issue and after multiple warnings from the insurance company that there was an issue. The issue was a minor clerical error, all it took was a call to the insurance company to clarify and address. Allowing the application to void forced us to restart the process of getting in-network costing our start-up over $10,000, absolutely crippling. When we realized how bad our situation was botched we called requesting someone other then our account rep review the situation they ignored us, then when we put all of the information in front of them after the fact their only interest was protecting themselves legally. Took zero responsibility for something that was their only responsibility to us as clients and that they had irrefutably just completely butchered. After going through the process of credentialing myself, you realize how truly difficult it would be to allow something that they allowed to happen, happen. The only way our situation played out the way it did is if our account rep didn't know what they were doing or were not paying attention to our account at all and the lack of oversight from management allowed it to happen. I could not give this company a low enough rating. The way our situation played out couldn't have been more unprofessional or handled more poorly.
