Their office is very nice but the quality of work and caliber of people are okay. The folks that I interacted got the work done but there was no enthusiasm. They seemed tired and overworked maybe.

These people made two very costly errors in my tax preparation. When these errors were discovered by an H&R Block employee, I brought it to the attention of Moss Adams. They were dismissive and simply denied any responsibility, without any explanation: Even sending me a bill for taking my call. During the several years that I used Moss Adams, I must have sent more than a dozen emails with questions, but I could not get any replies; only bills. I only began with this company because they bought a smaller firm where my established accountant had worked. I've done much better since leaving this firm and hiring someone at a fraction of the cost who actually answers questions and makes helpful suggestions.
