This firm bought the CPA firm we used for may years. They waited until 4 months after our corporate tax return extension was filed — and 60 days before it is finally due — to demand that we pay an extra 175% fee for an R&D credit study or they would refuse to file our return. This is pure commercial extortion. I have been in business 40 years and this is the single most unethical firm I have ever dealt with. AVOID THEM!!
