Our company, Pro Therapy Supplies LLC, has been accredited with HQAA for a number of years and have had a very positive experience. Their team has always been helpful, responsive, and supportive throughout the accreditation process. We especially appreciate the guidance they provide to help us stay compliant and understand what is expected of us. It’s reassuring to know we can reach out when we have questions and get the support we need. We’re very happy with our experience with HQAA and would recommend them to other healthcare and DME providers.

I would never recommend this accrediting body to any of my clients out there. After being an Owner & Operator of several medical company over the years. One of my latest client experiences was terrible, borderline felt like extortion. There are so many better options out there. DME is already a hard industry to navigate and having a body that actually supports you and keeps you up to standard and acts as the barrier between you and the Man is someone you hold them to higher standards. NOT HERE! Use the power and resources and obtain accreditation standards elsewhere that give you a bang for your buck.
