As the owner of multiple businesses it is easy to get caught up in trying to do everything myself, but as you know, this is impossible. VPS/Measurable Solutions is doing a fantastic job of teaching me the skills to be a CEO with a capable staff who can take on appropriate functions and allow me to be the CEO and not the "everything-guy."
