All parents are encouraged to join their children's sessions. However, they are instructed to wait in a designated area while children are left unattended during the sessions. Do not leave your children in the care of these people. I trusted them for months, but that trust was betrayed. My child did not improve, and during a session, the therapist provided a laptop for my child to play games while they browsed social media. Essentially, we paid and wasted time for something that could be done at home. This place takes away valuable opportunities and time from children who struggle with speech. I have wasted precious time, and no one here offers a solution. There are no security cameras, and they expect us to trust the therapists, who lie about their actions. The manager also does not see this as a serious issue, which is a significant problem for the children attending here. There will be no evidence if parents point out the therapists' mistakes because they have no reason to admit fault, and no one takes responsibility. For these reasons, make sure to observe the sessions with your child.

My son has been receiving services from BHW for about 2-3 months. It didn't take too long for me to realise the lack of services this agency offers. Within the last two months my son was switched to two different BT and Clinical Supervisors. Both BT's were fairly new and with no experience. The first supervisor was awesome. The second supervisor didn't seemed to care much about my son's case. After all, I decided to go Yelp, and see their reviews and sure enough my gut feeling was right. This company does not provide or hire there best to work with autistic kids. I really hope that in the future they change things around for the best. I definitely, don't recommend this agency what so ever!!!!!!!!!!!

Would have cancel services a long time ago if it wasn't for our great BI Dani. Scheduling never communicates with my sons team. Scheduling never admits any wrong. They always blames everyone else. I was told another BI was going to start because my son needs mores hrs. Never happen. If it wasn't for me calling to ask a question i would of been waiting at home for no one to show up. (Would of not been the first time) Not very happy. But my sons team is trying very hard to help my son.

I'm very comfortable and happy with there services my son has improve and continues to improve with his ABA therapist. I like how the supervisors passion about there cases and work different ways in improving my son goals. It hasn't being easy but with a great team and support of everyone in our family we being better.

I would not recommend this place for services. While they make everything look great on paper and have a nice facility it really just is for show and tell. Once we were referred to them it took them 2 months to implement services and they were so nonchalant about it that it was a huge turn off for me. Once they put together a "team" I wasn't happy with the Behavioral Therapist and her disconnected attitude and really she didn't seem interested in doing anything with my daughter and mostly just sat and watched her. I canceled services thereafter. Good-bye BHW!
