I’ve been going to Dr. Clayton for the last year, and it’s been one of the best investments I made for myself! As a dental hygienist, posture is very important for the longevity of my career. Dr. Clayton has helped me be more mindful of my posture by giving me exercises and stretches I could do before I start my day and on my days off. He’s also given me great advice for my half marathon training, and it’s thanks to him that I’ve been (mostly) injury free during this training! Michelle (front desk) is always welcoming the second I walk in! She’s very quick with check-ins and check-outs :) I highly recommend Dr. Clayton and his team for any body aches and pain!

If I could give more than 5 stars I would. This team is amazing! So friendly and really work with your schedule. Cannot recommend them more. And as far as chiropractors go, Dr. Jess is truly one of the best. She always takes the time to listen to the issue(s) and I feel so much better every time I leave.

I can’t recommend Empower Health and Performance enough. Dr. Clay is incredibly knowledgeable and truly understands how the body works as a whole. I came to him after dealing with ongoing lower back issues that stemmed from an old Achilles rupture. I had already gone through large healthcare providers with no real answers or relief. From my first visit, Dr. Clay was able to quickly pinpoint the root of the problem and put together a treatment plan that relieved my pain within a matter of weeks. Since then, he’s been my go-to anytime I feel discomfort or before starting a new workout. He always takes the time to listen and gives thoughtful, practical advice on how to move safely and effectively. I’ve always believed rest was the answer to most injuries, but Dr. Clay’s philosophy of “moving is life” (with the right precautions) completely changed how I view recovery and long-term health. I’m truly grateful for Dr. Clay and his team—they’re intelligent, attentive, and genuinely care about helping you maintain and improve your body. If you’re looking for a chiropractor who actually understands performance, movement, and healing, this is the place.

Excellent chiropractic. I’ve had chiro offices insist on TONS of appointments all the time even after I start feeling better, this office is great about scheduling you less and less as your issues ease. Easy scheduling, super friendly office. I feel safe and comfortable when I’m here. They also run on time, so you’re in and out very quickly.

I am so happy with the service I have been receiving at Empower. From the front desk Michelle and Ariana are the first friendly faces you see when you arrive. My appointments are always prompt and professional. This is my first experience with chiropractics and it’s has been a wonderful experience. Dr. Anthony is so knowledgeable and explains everything so wonderfully! I highly recommend Empower!
