I've been using Koalendar for more than three years to manage bookings for my online language lessons, workshops, and teacher training sessions, and I'm very happy with it. The interface is clean, intuitive, and easy to set up. My clients and participants can book appointments without any confusion, which saves me a lot of time. The integrations work well, and the overall value for money is excellent. What really stands out is the customer support. The team is incredibly responsive and always takes the time to understand my questions. Even when a specific feature isn't currently available, they genuinely try to find a workaround or suggest the best possible solution instead of simply saying "no." Koalendar has become an essential part of my business, and I highly recommend it to anyone offering online courses, coaching, or training.

I am an educational consultant and Koalendar has redefined my booking system! It allows clients to choose from a selection of appointment types, shows them when I'm available, and integrates seamlessly with Google Calendar. Looks sharp and professional.

Wish I had discovered Koalendar earlier - so easy to set up and manage and makes bookings so much easier with email follow ups etc. It's also great value for money and you get so much more than other apps or booking tools. Highly recommended.

An excellent app with a variety of options and advanced automation. I'm on the free version and many functions are locked to me, but it's still a powerful and very helpful app.
